I have an account at Pinnacle, and chose book-to-book transfers when i joined.
Later, I deposited $2000 with an e-currency.
Today, I have $1950, didn't make any withdrawals.
Pinny says no book-to-book again until you withdraw all 2k of the e-currency. No exceptions.
I really want my book-to-book transfers back, but would hate to start gambling and losing so close to being able to w/d all 2k. (also have to pay $15 to withdraw, no free withdrawal once you choose book-to-book)
You'd think it would be a win-win situation if I could deposit from other books, more for me to play with, more for Pinny to potentially win. But no no no say the wise CS reps there. No exceptions.
