Is betmaker (the bookmaker exchange) still in existance? Is there any exchanges open to US customers?

My betmaker account turned into a Bookmaker account, same account# and password.

All my funds from Betmaker were transferred to BookMaker.eu I believe this is just a regular sportsbook and not a betting exchange. Are there any more betting exchanges open to players form the USA? Or am I just out of luck? I don't want to pay -110 odds. I like setting my own...

I found https://btcsportsmatch.com/ which says it is a sports exchange. Does anyone know anything about the site or company?
