I made 150 deposit with betonline Jan 1 which never posted to my account, but posted to my statement. After waiting an hour and chatting with betonline they assured me that "it would be no problem" so made another 150 deposit with card that worked out fine. Ran my balance up to 800 and also 400 in pending wagers in about 10 days, but the failed deposit was still on my cc and betonline chat told me they needed 15 more days to review. I told them this was unacceptable so I cancelled failed deposit which I told them I would do. 3 days later my account was suspended. I called and they said to tell my bank to not cancel transaction and they would deposit the 150 in my account which would be ok just to resolve this. This was all done and I sent them cc statements showing them this. I chatted with them and they said I cancelled both deposits (which is a lie) sent them documents showing them that I only cancelled failed deposit. They put my balance at -225 and said I would have to send 150 + 75 thru to reopen account. My warning to you players is to make cash deposits. This has been a nightmare.

#2Never cancel, reverse or charge back a deposit buddy. The processor will blacklist you instantly and that list is shared by processors not books. Once you are on it you cannot get off and you will only be able to do cash deposits in the future for many services I kid you not. You just have to wait till they get around to fixing the problem themselves even if it takes a month or two and because it is the processor which is outsourced the book has to work with them to get it done which is just more time...Comment -

I really was expecting more from customer service. No pologq, my mistake was not giving them more time, my mistake was depositing money with them, especially a CC. One last thing, I think it may have been SBR Lou who said this "posters are quick to blame the books for slow payouts and slow to praise for quick payouts". As far as I'am concerned quick payouts should be the norm, there should never be exceptions. 3rd party processors should ALWAYS be the books responsibility.
