I was told I would receive bonuses on all deposits, then they stopped giving them on anything under 300, I tried to cashout through ** for 800 dollars, after 8 days money was never taken out of my account. Eventually I dumped it off, when I spoke to supervisor Warner, he stated they dont pull money out of account for sometime, and " we figure most people will lose it back" I was amazed by this statement. I have deposited on their for 12 weeks straight, never received a bonus, and never cashed out, I was told on the phone today if I sent in 200 they would give me a 25% free play, after I deposited they denied this, and said only 300 or more, but the fact is the person on the phone told me they would give it to me, so I felt they should honor that. Other people say they like the website, but I am just giving my personal experience with them, i dont like them.

Sometimes they do need reminders. Never believe people on the phone. Deal with livechat so you have proof. Also their re-up bonuses are like 10%, and you normally need to contact live support to get them to add the FP to your account. How long ago were you promised bonuses on all deposits?

I signed up in november, so a little more then 2 months ago. Its my fault I should not have kept depositing with them, I deposit every week, and have not been getting the bonuses, I play poker and blackjack, I have had some luck on other websites, but seems to me like you never win on this site, blackjack is the worst, dealer seems to have 20 90% of the time

IF you had called shortly after depositing and asked, I think they would have accommodated. And yes, online casino is a disaster waiting to happen, avoid it all costs, I've probably lost a couple hundred bucks in their online casino in my life, and if I am smart will never step foot in their again.

They will pay out, and in my experience, contacting them asking when your funds will be withdrawn is beneficial.

OK thanks alot, I did call them but immediatley and they said only 300 or more, I had deposited 200, and then they wanted me to go deposit another 100 to make it 300 but I couldnt, I am just frustrated, and YES I LOSE ON THERE CASINO GAMES EVERYTIME!!!

That sucks, if they told you they would give you the bonus on $200 they should have given it to you. Even though I personally like them, I would tell them your next deposit will be elsewhere if they do not live up to their word. Then follow thru with it.

Great, I bought a couple of $20 squares in a pool for the SF/GBAY game and won $800 tonight.Was thinking about cashing out some of my winnings from the NCAA AND NFL contests also,now that I hit the rollover requirements.
