Beware: Heritage and BetOnline passwords NOT case sensitive
Couldn't believe this when I accidently discovered while logging on this morning.

I'm light of the security complaints and alleged breeches of account security / hacking I find this totally unnacceptable.

I confirmed this on the phone with Heritage five minutes ago, and alas, after placing me on hold the rep came back and confirmed I am correct.

any book not being case-sensitive or not allowing special characters is 100% unacceptable.

In the world of offshore gambling, THIS is what you guys are complaining about? I hope there's some sarcasm in here I'm missing.

requiring all caps kind of defeats the purpose though.

considering im sending money to strangers in a different country this is low on my list of concerns. however, they should be case sensitive in today's day.

I'm surprised that you are surprised by this. I always thought most weren't case sensitive.

Is it that hard for books, that accept $$$$ in deposits,to add software to make passwords case sensitive?.....Just saying

i hate case sensitive, I guess you need a meter to show if your password is strong. i would ask them both for a $500 freeplay anyway.
