if you cannot see how the posters polls here were influenced directly by sbr (while sbr is cashing betislands checks) than i cannot help you.
my point is a better response by you here would be anything than posting what you did. say nothing. post what you did, but at least add that sbr had influnce. just posting what you did is very misleading i never voted in 1 of those polls but those who did were not only mislead by bet-islands but by sbr too.Comment -

i am laughing because even though Stations Lines suck, i do like this list because at least they PAY IMMEDIATELY and they have a simple platform online. same for Cantor at the M.

Really, that's your line? "Well, you guys said they were good so it's not on us". Players liked them because they had great bonuses/promotions, decent lines and were paying out. YOUR ROLE is to tell us it was a house of cards. If we could spend our time asking the questions we need to ask to ensure that they have a reasonable chance of being solvent we would, but that's why we are here in your forums where you guys told us how great they were. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for playing the you guys like them card. If that is your attitude and you refuse to address all the legitimate questions people have about betislands I think it says all that needs to be said about SBR.Comment -
Bill, anyone with a functioning brain knows that SBR had nothing to do with what happened to BetIslands.You do yourself and SBR a disservice by even replying back to the likes of KTnamja/Bubba/gmcarroll33.All of these individuals are slandering SBR and you should be BANNING them as opposed to responding back to them.Just my 2 cents.Happy Holidays to you.Comment -
I am not surprised that a conservative such as yourself is defending SBR in this situation. I do think that there is no proof at this time that SBR was involved in outright fraud in this BI Fiasco and I give them the benefit of the doubt. But while conservatives like to complain about the poor living off the Gov't tit, they do not seem to have as much of a problem when the rich fleece the middle class. I remember one conservative on this site writing he had no problem with white collar criminals because those people create jobs. However, giving people a block of Gov't cheese creates jobs as well.I guess some people like to defend the rich and others the poor. And the middle class get squeezed either way. I have been limited to 1K on baseball and 500 on NBA at the Fiesta - they won't take any more from me and are forcing me to go somewhere else.
M/Cantor is a LOT higher. 25K on baseball happens all the time there, so they have no issue. 1-3K is flying with stealth technology.Comment -
Green Valley Ranch sucks in one way: the book stinks of cig smoke, and the speakers on the games are sometimes too quiet. You will get a lot of people watching late night 49er, Raider, SF Giants games because of the west coast fans.
Fiesta Henderson is a little cleaner and the lounge style chairs in the front left of the book are really comfortable. The only problem is the limits suck, and GVR takes in a higher amount.
M's book smells really clean and doesn't reek of smoke.Comment -
Youwager doesn't get mentioned much, but of all the Major books they have been the most consistent to me anyway....Bonus' galore and never a payout issue. I hounded them for a while to allow MMA parlays and they finally agreed. The only negatives I have heard is that they bombard you with cold calls when your balance zeroes out.Comment -

None of us know anymore about financial safety of books than the other. And if we do, we should be on a conference call with SBR in San Jose letting them know.Comment
