Why do you ask so many questions for stuff that doesn't concern you?Comment -

#38Have you ever heard of something called "preponderence of evidence". That nailed OJ in civil court. But of course you weren't around.Comment -

#41For the record, SBR sold my email address to BetCris. Very likely that it's the next book SBR will be touting.Comment -

#43Man, more strained carrots... the 1.5 to 2 million dollars is not real money. It the aggregate winnings of a large percentage of sharp action on the sheets of a mismanaged service. Many of the profiled sharps on that sheet are not even sharp, anyone could have pounded the crap out of that sh1t service with the amount of monopoly money they were using as bait. The deposits versus the withdrawals is the only thing to be considered and the deposits of the Oct-Nov time frames will give you an idea of real liquidity and then take into account operational expense and advertising expense which they also welched on often and you end up with sh!t. If Jon ran with a couple bucks it is really not going amount to much... I do not consider 5 to 10 dimes to be crap or anything in those ranges, petty theft in this biz. It is called leakage... the end.Comment -

#44The only thing they made off with is whatever deposits they received after they had stopped paying out and before they closed the doors. This book was broke. When Vegas sportsbooks come out and say they have taken a bath all season and have had to dip into reserves themselves, you know a book giving freeplays a half point was getting crushed. Sure they owe us the money, but I really don't think they ran off with very much. They just had a terrible business model, which is even more terrible during an NFL season that's had very few surprises.Comment -

#46I would say SBR got the runaround as well at the end... think about it. They were entitled to advertising revenue up to a point, that exact point I do not know or will not say...Comment -

#47He got away with plenty. How are we to know the exact amount?
It was theft by any definition. Do you really expect the thief to say anything other than that he got nothing out of it?Comment
