    No, we checked all working days but there is no bank transactions on weekends (saturday, sunday) and on holiday I guess so we will continue to check the refund after it...

    If theyre going to refund then they will ban me from bwin forever or I can still play with my own infos and card, or hows that after this?

      Yes I know no transactions are done on weekend but since you deposited last weekend something should have appeared on Friday since that would have been 5 business days but to be safe check next Friday the 28th after xmas. If there are no other links to different accts other then the friend you got the bonus from, the friend you referred and your bros old acct then they should let you play after registration and they will just block your bros CC from your acct. But every book is different and it all depends on what they see I am just stating the standard process based on what I know. Then again if it takes over a week to answer your email do you really want to play with them?

        If they would let me play, yes I want to play with them because a lot of my friends are playing there and they have no problems with them, after this thing is over then I think the problems are over or something..

          They answered and apologizes for answering too late and such... and theyre requesting ID card photo or any presonal card with photo. Ive already done uploading my ID card photo.
          I hope the response is going to be faster then it was

            I have been blocked since their update. They answered in an email saying they would email everyone when you could log in. I wrote to them one and a half week ago and they havent answered yet.

            Really, really annoying.

              still nothing... this is pathetic
              its more than 2weeks that I sent my ID card to them but nothing happens.

                  I sent a support ticket again to them, adn they just said that they havent received my screens of ID card... its so a bad joke.. this booke, holy moly.
