I recently tried out a new sportsbook, betonline.ag, Im normally with bovada or diamond which i've had good experiences with both, I'd have to say a great experience with diamond. With that I still like to try new books from time to time. Last weekend I decided to try out betonline.ag and deposit a small about to test out, My initial experience with the deposit was fine, I spoke with a customer service rep to try and set up a ** deposit to find out that I was only able to do so online. Before I got off the phone with the rep I asked about the bonus per deposit which is 25% with **, I asked the rep for the conditions of the bonus and was told that there was a 6 x rollover for the 25% bonus. So i repeated myself. "I'm depositing $50 to start off to see how I like the book, the bonus/ free play will be $12.50. She explianed to me that I was correct and that I would have a 6 x rollover on the the $12.50. I thought that was a normal number and posted the code in with my ** deposit. It was smooth and fast. I later found out that the rollover was not just the 6 x of the 25% bonus but was the bonus plus however much I deposited and then 6 times that amount. making a $12.50 free play a $375 rollover.
Thats is a 30 rollover for the bonus. Which is absolutely outrageous and the reason why I asked in the first place. Also, the reason why I make small deposits to begin with. I called and spoke with the another rep last night to explain what I had been told before I made a deposit and he apologized for me being misinformed and he went over how betonline.ag's bonuses work. Then informed me not to worry anyways because I lost the freeplay wadger and in that case I wouldn't have to worry about the rollover unless I had won the freeplay.He said he would put a note up for the bonus/ freeplay department for them to fix the rollover on my account. In this case to be cleared due to me losing my freeplay wadger. I looked at my account tonight and saw that the rollover was still there and called for a third time to ask what was going on with my rollover. I was told by a rep that I was misiformed once again and that the rollover would stay no matter what the outcome of my freeplay (win or loss). At this point I'm feeling that Ive had a pretty bad experience and that I was told bad information a few times and then was told by the rep that I should just read the rules online and not ask the customer service reps questions due to the bad guidence I received. Needless to say I don't see this going anywhere, The fact that I was misinformed to take a bonus so I would have a high rollover, then misinformed again, then told not to ask the reps questions but to just read the site rules.
Bad experience all around and felt lied to. I'm glad I didn't deposit my normal amount of funds because I would be even more unhappy with this book. Has anyone had experiences like this with BetOnline or anyone have any advice besides just avioding this site. Its really too bad becasue it looked like a good book and if things like this happen to customers, they should be taken care of. That's a professional opinion to keep a good rep and business.
