I requested an Express Check payout for the amount of $2210.52 requested at BetOnline on 11/9/12. My username is B24847. No updates from Betonline and when I call, I am given the standard processor delay line. I was supposed to have received it after 7 business days. They tell me they can't predict when I will get my money and I just need to wait.
I went on live chat and discussed the issue on 11/27/12. They fed me the processor line, then talked about switching payout methods to **. However, read the following chat and notice the change in attitude once I mention posting the chat on SBR. They immediately promise to get me my check by 12/5/12. I filled out a complaint form here, and Lou e-mailed me back on 11/30/12 saying that they are working on my payout and I should receive a tracking number soon.
Well, it is now 12/6/12 and I have received nothing. I was hopeful I had scared BetOnline into paying up but it looks like it was still nothing but BS. It has been almost a month since my request. I warn anyone--do NOT use this book.
