I just registered here and was hoping some of you guys might be able to assist me? I recently have been having unbelievable luck on slots with wiliam hill, basically every month I put around £50 in my account via paypal. Over the last three I have won £1500, £500 but then recently I won £11700 on slots basically I got the jackpot on the slots. I played £700 and lost. I then proceded to withdraw the money (william hill limit withdrawals to £6000) so I made one at £6k and one at 5K both to paypal.
This was done last wednesday, I phoned and went online chat but been told I will get an e-mail or the security check department is busy! Been a week now is this normal and when would be fair to make a complaint?
I would really appreciate any help as my withdrawals normally go in almost instant esspecially the one withdrawal for the 1.5K! thanks in advance! p.s my account is still active etc.
