I get that Lou but how is that issue the OP's problem? If these guys legitimately lost them on the up and up -- and all we have differently are potentially suspicions at this point -- why is BOL justified for taking money that is presumptively rightfully won by the OP from those players? If this is legit -- and again, I understand its an "if", but all we have is speculation at this point unless there is other info that hasn't been released yet -- then it is not at all equitable to seize the funds from an innocent OP based on whether or not an unrelated third party cooperates with BOL's requests.

Well done Lou, nice to see this resolved. But I also have to ask the same question as KEdge2k, how can OP be charged for the fraudulent activity of those other account holders unless BOL can beyond doubt proof OP was involved? And if there is proof, shouldnt OP at least get to take part of them (hand histories), rather than just being told, you've chip dumped?

The hand history is subjective enough that BetOnline agreed to look past the strangely exact pattern followed by each of the players that lost their balances to LoadNukes: the same amount of cash via the same method, an oddly lesser, exact amount transferred to the poker room and quickly lost, should the players be able to verify their accts. Could all be coincidental, could be friends paying someone back (would explain the equal amounts if dividing a debt four ways) and afraid that an admission would warrant a larger seizure ... but it doesn't really matter, the ********** risk is great enough where it's the sound business decision the sportsbook must make to protect itself, for the reasons mentioned earlier.

The rest of LoadNukes balance is not in dispute, and if she'd like to review the hands formally, BetOnline has no issues with it. Hopefully this one is put to rest soon, we'll update as the player receives payment.

Indeed there were four account holders that signed up, deposited the same amount via CC and lost their funds to LoadNukes in a short period of time. BetOnline tells us that if these players can pass the ID process, their accounts will be cleared. If not, their deposits will be refunded to protect the book from the ********** risk.

LoadNukes has verified her account meanwhile. She'll be debited the approximate 1700 that was lost by the four if their accounts are not verified, but, BetOnline says there is no issue with the rest of her balance.
          Nice result

From what Lou said above you should be fine. You probably just did not speak to the right person. Don't worry, he'll be able to get you sorted eventually.

I sincerely hope so, because I also received a mail from their service management as a reply to my request to send me the HHs and the IPs. They said, my account is permanently closed and that they could not provide me with the info requested because of their privacy policy. And that my last payout was cancelled due to chip dumping and poker fraud....
Hopefully the department in charge wasn't working today. I guess I'm waiting for Lou's advice on how to continue.

Yeah because Lou is such a stand up guy. Lou's a fake and a fraud and only does what he's advised to do. Most of these mods need to grow a pair and stop selling out. Clearly self respect has to be checked at the door when accepting a mod position at SBR. All that said I hope you get your funds Nuke.

                      Time to update.
Nothing new happened actually. Lou said that they have not reactivated my account and hopes this will be solved quickly. I hope so too of course and hope this won't go on for months now. Makes me worried though that neither their support nor the player service management have no updates on the status of my acc. Hopefully Lou is communicating higher then that.

Typical betonline garbage. Stall as long as possible. Why the delay if a resolution was reached.

My account was reactivated. My poker account remains closed though, but I am able to login to the sportbook and ask for a withdrawal. My account was deducted approximately 1700 just as Lou said it would be.
I would like to thank Lou for his assistance in this nightmare. Withouth him.....well, it would be a long road. I would also like to thank the SBR community for their support in advicing me and making me feel I'm not alone in this. From now on, I will be posting regurarly on SBR, especially in the poker forum.
I will also post an update when my money arrives.

Resolved? Guy got 1700 stolen from him from BOL??!? And what would happen if he never found SBR? Betonline would have stolen the other 25k. Betonline ... what a freakin scam.

This is crazy, how can this be called resolved? A legit player wins money playing poker but Betonline nullifies the winnings because they might get scammed by fraudsters? Unbelievable! How would you feel if you spent the entire night playing poker, won $500 and suddenly $250 is taken out of your account because someone you played against might charge back?!? This sets a dangerous precident and gives Betonline the right to confiscate money at will. From Lou's last post they are only suspected fraudsters, I can't believe any player in their right mind can be ok with this. It's hard enough to win money gambling without having to worry about winnings being arbitrarily confiscated from your account. The player is being punished for sloppy deposit protocol by the book. If 4 suspect deposits are enough to take down their CC processing they're in big trouble. Madness!!!

Yeah so basically if you are playing poker and someone you are playing against does a ********** then you have to return those funds?

I just received my first 8k to my Scrill. Let's hope the rest will follow soon. I would like my poker account to be reopened as well, but I don't know if I have the energy for it and I would't like to bother Lou again with my BOL problems.
