no.. sbr will contact them first to see if they want to advertise. and depending on how much they pay to sbr, their rating will change.

the webpage is a a generic one used by small time bookies and a number will be available after you sign up, i am guessing you recieved an email to join?

No was by a proxy someone telling me to signup to get some comps but did not seem legit and site seemed kind of bogus
