they always payout. thats my experience. the cold calls only come to those that repeatedly deplete theyre account balance. if you got an available balance you will not hear from them. been there since '06.

I've heard their poker is pretty shady at not many players at the tables for the most part....just what I've heard from a few people. The sports-book part is rock solid.

Don't give them you're real phone number. Depleted or not. The second you decide to take a break from the book you will get called non stop. They will even go so far as trying to pass themselves off as a creditor and you having a delinquent account. Google them. The accounts of this harassment are endless.

if ur taking "a break", ur out of money imo. proper money management will fix all. problem is most things are learned the hard way. fact is youw***r honors payouts and that is the most important. 1-3 days depending on method.

I personally like the fact you can avoid talking too any customer service reps as despoit names can be all done via their website without having to call in or go to live chat.

I think this book for sure a B book, probably a B+ and would be a candidate to move up to SBR (A) grade if the book was willing to pay SBR the top fee for advertisement.

youwagers marketing blows my mind, i was offered 100 percent match bonus on a phone call, i call back 8 days later and that deal is off the table. I mean it isn't a big deal but why do you need to cold call clients with a zero balance with specials in the first place if they are short lived. i can accept emails with a promo vailid from 12/04- 12/08 alot more than a phone call.

I played them years ago
they advertised on Howard Sterns radio show
it was ok but it was a pain in the ass to make deposits and getting paid so I guttered-balled them
I would not deposit there even if they promised double you deposit with no rollover

Yea they do that alot.. But still a Great Book and should be a A+ book
