      Its one thing to cancel all wagers under the 1.60 threshold they set but to confiscate any and all funds is completely criminal in my opinion.

          How on earth do they get away with that crap? If that's the case how can they list favs at worse odds than that?
          I think SBR can safely change their rating from unrated to F without much work if they stand by their decision.
