Okay, I recently said good thing about their new csr and everything... But I just encounter problem with this place. something new always seems to be popped up with 5Dimes. I made a deposit and I won some decent amount from playing baccarat in live casino. Well, today I tried to request a payout and they said I have to send them the proper paper work. By the time I send it to them, it was too late and they were having technical difficulty so they coudln't check any emails. Well, I got a confirmation that everything is good now to request a payout. So I called in to transfer some money into Heritage. 2 hours later, money is still in my 5dimes account so I just called them to find out that because I played in live casino and they are third party, 5dimes have to get a okay from live casino company to say it's okay for me to request transfer or payout. and I was like checking for what??? what can you guys possibly check??? I played baccarat and I won... and lady was bit hesitant because she obviously couldn't say check to see if you cheat or not... and the best part is, they have no time frame of when third party live casino will reply back to 5dimes... I learned my lesson today. DO NOT play live casino @ 5dimes!!! I played baccarat @ heritage before and never ever had an issue like this where they have to check and get okay signal from third party casino company.

So true. See my posts on this forum under the casino page. The ID documents are normal to prevent fraud. The live casino reply seems odd, though. You should have to transfer money from 5 dimes to live to play and when you quit move it back to 5 dimes. And you played baccarat! Don't count the cards and play Early Payout.Comment -

Don't count the cards! Even though there is nothing on the baccart rule page against counting cards or Early payout either, it is buried in the rules for the regular blackjack game.Comment -

5Dimes is on the downslope of their existance. For real. The shot to the top and bussiness couldnt be better for them. Unfortunately the management at 5dimes did not have a good bussiness model in place when the success did come. Just because things are work and the profits are flowing in......doesnt mean the money/profits will continue to flow in unless a somewhat decent bussiness model is followed.
5Dimes has seriously let their customer service slip. They are not willing to cater to their customers like some of the smaller books, BI, YOUwager, etc. I give it another year and 5dimes will no longer be the #1 rated book here on SBR> IF Tony could only take lessons from BI, Jon.... he would have a great shop that would stay at the top. When I contacted for withdrawal, They also did the check into my account and told everything is fine, It all turned good
