Keep in mind I am not complaing, just informing.
Went to make a withdrawl recently, but I am a moron and entered some incorrect info. So of course the withdrawl didn't go through. This was my first withdrawl for the calendar month. I notice after a couple days that it didn't go through so I contact support and they tell me about entering the wrong bank account number, which was true. So no big deal and I try to withdraw again but this time I am being charged. I contact support and they say, yes that is the policy but they will reverse the charge this one time only. I thought that was very cool of them.
So just informing you guys in case you dont know, you make a withdrawl from Pinny and enter the wrong info, that will still be considered your free withdrawl for the month.
