Hi,

I made deposit 200eur after win i request withdrawal 200eur but keep only winning money(~66EUR)! After few days i decide make payout of my winning ~179 EUR. They block my acc. ask documents for verify my acc. I send all what they ask passport, driving license, mobile bill. They open account, but i still doesnt get payout they told address on driving license is different, they ask one document:- bills, p60 etc., so i send electric and mobile bills(originals)few days ago i deposit 5EUR to check if i can deposit,I can but i lost it. But yesterday i got email from them: Unfortunately we are unable to verify the documents provided, and therefore your account will now remain closed. Your deposit will be refunded back to the registered card/deposit method. Iam ready send more documents if need P60, Internet provider bill, etc, but they simple close close acc. without chance get my winning money out.
I got in my moneybooker account only 200 EUR and 5EUR but they keep my Winning money ~ 179eur, but they pay out 5eur what i lost so they own me ~174 eur.
I have accounts more then 30 bookmakers(from A+ to F) but first time have problem to verify acc!

File a complaint with SBR, I'd link you to it if I weren't on my phone.
Books don't like people who deposit, play a little then cash out. Losers are in it for the long haul.

Silence from Coral.co.uk They show clearly way how to dont pay costumers if they Win and want withdraw money before verify acc., Because they always can find reason to not verify! example at moment they cant say nothing about my account after my few emails what i send with copy of documents, still account blocked. If they doesnt want me as costumer fine, but do it clear way(limits etc).
