Heritage help!

So I recently made two recent deposits onto heritage.
The 2nd time around I placed my wager onto Federer -1.5 at -310 which is pretty reasonable odds. Just to make sure, I had called heritage earlier and asked if the line for that match was a "game line", which they confirmed.

Now I am writing this post because apparently the line wasn't for games but for sets. Federer ended up winning 19 to 15 games, but he won 2-1 in sets.

Obviously I made the mistake of placing that bet with the bad information, so I'm asking for Heritage to get in here and help make better of this situation.

Just wanted to add, Heritage is a good place to bet and all my deposits went very smooth.

Heritage can check the tape of the call. Have you asked them to do that?

Even though you lost you got a killer line. He was -2000 to win the match. The -1.5 sets should have been like -1000

You didn't think it was strange at all that a 20-1 favorite would give you -310 on 1.5 games? lol. You had to know what you were doing. Even at -1.5 sets that was a bad line, and they may say you took advantage of a bad line.

Yeah Now in hindsight I do feel stupid, but the -1.5 set line was -310 and the moneyline was -1120 from what I saw.

I just talked with them on chat and on the phone and they say that there is no record of me calling them to confirm such information - somebody please help?

Because I understand that it was partly my bad, if they can compensate me with a freeplay of the deposit, that would be more than welcome.

At minimum they should void the bet with a bad line, if you did indeed verify it.

I wouldn't worry about it Pokerwhiz. As Pharaoh explained it's silly to expect them to honor -1.5 games on Federer if he was -2000 ML.

Just chalk it up as a mistake you won't make again.

There is no way possible that you thought it was -1.5 games with those ML match odds..
ABSOLUTELY no way possible.

When you confirmed it was for the "game line" that person probably thought you meant for the match.. it's unreasonable to think they would in any way shape or form think you meant "number of games".

did the smart thing with the free play, chose 3 games and made 8 parlays - so i can win about 80% back into cash
