Pinnacle ID verification..

Right, I'm trying to get my account verified at pinnacle.

Assumed that a scan of my passport and bank statement would do.

Apparently, bank statements are not accepted...although mobile phone bills are.

This does not sound correct to me...as everywhere else I've ever played, mobile phone bills are not accepted and bank statements are.

Do I have a confused CS rep or is this correct?
