Caribsports.com denied my cashout attempts. Do I have any recourse?
I am over a 10 year member of caribsports.com and recently they denied my various cashout attempts. I tried every way they had to cash out $3,000. They basically laughed at me and said that all ways of getting a cashout for customers in the United States were down. They were easily able to take my money but if I had a cashout request it was impossible according to them. I know there is a lot of gray area with online gambling but do I have any recourse whatsoever to go after them to obtain my money. They have rules all over their web site regarding cashouts and they did not honor them. I feel like they should not be able to post those cashout rules if they do not honor them. I have gone back and forth with them and they have really broken my heart with how badly they are treating me after over 10 years of me betting. I am a heavy player and made deposits at least three times per month. I'm talking a lot of money (to me any way). Does anyone have a similar experience and is it possible to do anything as a US customer? Thanks a lot.

i quit carib after I lost 30K in the casino in one day ans they failed to give any comp at all after I requested it. It was 30K profit but it was still 30K lost on 500/hands of blackjack.

i bet there for a decade myself.

Send us an email and we will try to help. help@sportsbookreview.com

I would not worry. They have a long track record of paying.

I'll copy and paste their memo. They rescinded that $1,000 withdrawal option too after I called them. The whole situation was just awful, I didn't realize there was a medium to protest this. I had been going back and forth with Junior at Carib and he seemed like a standup guy but he told me things had changed there and he couldn't help me in this situation.

On our end we do our very best to maintain an excellent relationship with our valued players and try to make the entire wagering experience easy and pleasurable from deposit to cashout. Regrettably, Our FedEx agents have been working on their system to improve functionality; thus, the reason the FedEx option was unavailable. ....

Yes please keep us posted as I also have been a Carib player for 10 years or so and have over 4 figures in my account. If they are not paying USA players anymore then I will move on to 5 dimes, Heritage or Bet Islands as well. They sure have been accepting my deposits though.

You're probably reduced to as many $1000 p2p withdrawls as it takes to cashout your balance. you can request one on monday, tuesday and wednesday, you can pull 12K a month this way.

Good morning Scott, we do apologize if you feel that your e-mails have been ignored; however, we have yet to receive an email query from your account. In regards to your issue, we do apologize for the inconvenience incurred but the option was unavailableat the time of your request due to upgrades and policy changes that our usual FedEx agent was seeking to undertake.

Ya it took me a few tries via ewallet to get paid from these guys. They eventually pay I just think it is actually processor issues.

he has no complaint, he's bitching about not being able to get fedex checks, they still payout monday, tuesday and wednesday via p2p and you can do one each day! I do understand the frustration in being forced to pay much higher fee's with multiple p2p withdrawels if one has a large balance. carib is very realiable but also cheap, i would make a large wager if you aSKED a discount for the inconvience of being limited to this one more costly option they's tell you tought shyt buddy.
