playing poker rooms with money won on freeplays?

I have done it at BetOnline, is it standard to be able to take your funds to the poker room while you have a Rollover on a freeplay bonus. I'm referring to all books that have a banner at SBR.

Once freeplay is converted to cash then it is cash, and cash is good anywhere. They only get pissy when freeplay is used in casinos, the odds on games like blackjack make it quick and easy to bang out a rollover so they will not allow freeplay usage in a casino. Never once heard you could not use any funds from your cash account in a casino at any service, you still have to make rollover in sportbook wagers though. I assume this goes for poker as well.
