Am I right when assuming I should be perfectly safe sending Pinnacle copies of my credit card and drivers license. Or should I open a moneybookers account and fund that with my CC, to avoid having to send them info?

Nothing is perfectly safe, however Pinnacle is about as good as your going to get to it IMO sir.
