Netmoney is a 3rd party processor. Below is a little more info about them:

NetPay is a Panama based online company that specializes in money transfer services. They offer three types of funds to their customers. NetPay accounts could either come as a combination of US Dollars, Gold and NetMoney. NetMoney is NetPay’s own currency which could be used to different online stores that uses NetPay as one of their forms of payment. They assure security to their users as NetPay monitors the actual IP address of the users so that they can pinpoint the actual location where the transaction is made. NetPay should be able to report to proper authorities in case something happens. Since Netpay screens each user and completes the money transfer before they are allowed to transact any business, merchants are assured of no-********** of credit cards.

I see nothing about banking.

They do have descriptions of what a moneyline and a pointspread is though.

SO, the people at BETPOOP, told me on the phone and online chat that I could play a 4 game teaser online with open legs...now after I just deposited $500 and try to do one it won't let me. I called back and now they say that I can't. SO, I ask them to credit the 500 back to my card and of course they can't. BUT for $55 dollars they'll send me my money that they had for less than 30 minutes, back to me via Moneygram and I'll get it on Saturday.
I don't know about you but as far as I'm concerned this book can shove it.

UPDATE....I was told last Thursday that they would use ** and I could go to any wallyworld to pick up my 455 on Sat....

Monday--I called BetPoop this am and asked them for the reference # so I could get my money and was told NOW they are gonna put the '500' on my cc. and it should take about a week.
A week? Is this right? Does it really take a week to put my money back on a cc? Are the fvckin' with me or what?
Anybody know if this is the norm or do I need to release the hounds from SBR on them?!
