New gamebookers account 50 Euro limit

Interesting question.
Because sometimes they are having software problems
4 weeks ago I had a 1 Cent limit for a few days but the limit was reset after a few days.
Actually my limit was 100 (max amount to win including stake)
In the past they had reset limits several times after a few days

Yes thats correct, you have a personal limit.

But the customer support told me, that everyone who makes a new account, get a 50 euro betting limit. But is it only for german customers about our new gambling laws or is it for the customers world wide ?!?! At the moment I only know about german customers who have this problem. Thats sure, because I live in germany and my friends come from germany. I read the same problem in another form, but I dont know where the customer comes from.

I think it is only for costumers from germany, I know people from other contries who do not have problem like this.

Mhm okay ... gamebookers told me too, that is a decision from the management. Since 12th September every account will start with a 50 Euro betting limit.

In other form, a user from greece has the same problem ...
