I opened the account in unibet.com last fall. Played mostly live bets. Bonus I was not.
In late January, after the semifinals Australian*Open, my account was closed without explanation. I contacted Customer Support by phone. I have asked that I sent my documents.
Initially, I sent a passport, a copy of the VC card and 3 copies of various pages of my Moneybookers account in the system.
Then they asked the utilities Bill. I sent a bill for water and electricity.

I explained that the owner of the house where I live, is my mom (Kermik Nina) and all the utility bills come in her name.
but they refused to unlock my account.

The fact is that in my country (Ukraine) for a cell phone does not need a passport and address. Therefore, in cell phone bill will be given only the phone number
But in any case, if they did not accept my passport, what kind of document can be oficial my passport?
