DHoze player has balance forfeited after providing ID

A DHoze (unrated) player submits an account dispute. The player opened an account with DHoze on September 14th 2012. His initial deposit was for €40. No big deal I am sure the player was a suspected beard and SBR would rule that the book stiff the player of his winnings and refund his deposit.

Did the book do a family tree background search and require the player to submit their flight records?

I had nearly the same problem with dhoze. I played there round about 10 bets and then they closed my account. I sent them my identity card and a bill. Maximum bet was 1 Euro, but they paid out my winnings very fast. ( 3.000 Euro in 3 hours via moneybookers ).

All in all a bookie, which nobody needs. They limit your account fast and sometimes they close your account without any infos.
