Hi - Im new to the forum, but was steered here from another gambling forum. I am a first time offshore user (always used local until now) and started an account with justbet 3 weeks ago... Here is what has happened - Im not trying to stir up trouble or anything - I just want to know if this is a typical experience I should expect when doing business with the offshore books...
I made a $500 deposit with a $500 freeplay match.
The first night, I bet on a college football game, then screwed around on the casino for a little while during the game. Had good luck and won several hundred dollars playing blackjack and won the game. Over the course of the next few days, I did pretty well at the casino just playing my winnings - never got into my initial deposit, so I kept playing. I started getting some error messages about daily limits and such, so I emailed customer care, then one week ago today, here is a copy of the email I got from their "Casino manager"
Hi <<Player Number>>,
Once again congratulations on your winnings.
We have further reviewed your account with upper management and we understand our limits and casino tables are not up for your gambling needs.
We will be taking a pass on your casino business as we will not be able to provide you the support necessary.
You are welcomed to continue playing at our sportsbook, cash out or shop around for a casino that may take high rolling and sharper action.
Best to you,
Diego

The comedy of that is the comment about "Sharp" or "High Roller" action. My casino limit for blackjack was $100 per hand so that was the very most I could have ever played. More realistically I was typically playing $25 per hand.
So I played all week last week - baseball then weekend football and had a couple losing days, but won as a whole for the week. I took a partial cashout this morning for about 1/3 of my total bankroll (Im sure they will rush that *********** right out to me). About an hour later - I was checking some lines and noticed all my game limits had been slashed by 75-80%. My football moneyline limit is down to $100....that's ridiculous. I guess as with human nature and the notion that I was playing with "house money", I was betting more than I would have been with cash money in Vegas, but I was betting my plays, and having good luck. After I saw how low the limits had been dropped this morning, I Live Chatted an Agent and got this load of nonsense:

Meagan: Hello, how may I assist you?
JBXXXX: Hi Meagan - I have noticed that my game limits for all sports have been significantly lowered - is there a reason?
Meagan: One moment please
Meagan: I checked your account, Limits were lowered as per management decision sir.
JBXXXX: Last week - I was "banned" from the casino and was told that you guys are primarily a sports book and werent interested in my casino action. Now my sports limits have been reduced also... I dont understand what is going on.
Meagan: The decision was taken from upper management sir.
Meagan: The limits will remain lowered and the Casino closed for now.
JBXXXX: Is upper management asking me to take my business elsewhere?
Meagan: Not at all sir.
JBXXXX: Thats what I read into it. I win and lose just like anybody else. Had a good couple weeks is all...
Meagan: I do understand sir..we don't want you to feel that way.
JBXXXX: Ok... I certainly dont agree with the business practice of it, but I understand your position.
Meagan: What happen sir is that this is a recreational sportsbook.
Meagan: Your type of playing is not considered recreational.
JBXXXX: Thank you - I appreciate your candor eventhough I don't agree with the assessment. That being said - is upper management content with me to play at the new limits, or would they honestly prefer I move on...
Meagan: You are more than welcome to play with us with the new limits sir.
JBXXXX: Meagan - thank you for your time and your explanation. Have a nice afternoon.
Meagan: You're welcome
Meagan: Is there anything else I can help you with?
JBXXXX: No - thats all.
Meagan: Have a great day, if you need anything else please let us know.
I have won good money so Im not complaining about that - maybe it has just hit me wrong how they handled it. I cant help but feel like they did this because Ive won - I seriously doubt they would've cut me off from the casino or lowered my game limits if I were on a chase... Now Im just thinking I should cash the whole deal out and start fresh somewhere else... Not sure. Is this experience typical? Am I wrong that this is rubbing me the wrong way? Am I going to have hell collecting my winnings? Input appreciated...
