Many elite clubs don't field their best in league cup games. As a result, there are always a couple of huge upsets that go with these games. Which of these do you think will hit and why?

Middlesbrough +475 (vs. Manchester United)
Man Utd are seriously vying for 3 serious titles - Premiership, UEFA Champions League and FA Cup. Somehow, I think they may not place much emphasis on the Carlings Cup. SAF may field a weakened side. Middlesbrough isn't new to giving the "Big 4" a run for their money. In the absence of Ferdinand and Vidic in defense, one thinks Middlesbrough could snatch all the points at stake.

Bremen is often a surprise team - winning when they're expected to lose and losing when they're expected to "blow out" their opponents. One won't be surprised if Bremen loses this one. All they need do is concede a goal and refuse to score.
