Aston Villa v Man City +2.5 goals 2.28
Chelsea to be winning at half time 1.85
Liverpool to keep a clean sheet 2.32
Lay or sell Fulham 2.92
Bolton v Stoke HT Draw 2.20
West Ham v Wigan HT Draw 2.26
Man U/Man U HT/FT 1.88
Man U over 3.5 goals 3.25
German Football
Cottbus v TSG Hoffenhiem Draw/Cottbus - HT/FT 6.6
Cottbus v TSG Hoffenhiem Cottbus win 2.58
Schalke v Hannover Schalke/Schalke HT/FT 2.84
Munchengladbach v Stuttgart over 2.5 goals 1.85
Munchengladbach v Stuttgart Lay or Sell the Draw 3.45

French Football
Lille v Le Mans Over 2.5 goals 2.56
Nantes v Monaco - lay or sell draw 3.4
Toulouse v Le Harve Under 2.5 goals 1.64
Lorient v Lyon Under 2.5 goals 1.74
Marseille v Auxerre Over 2.5 goals 2.1
Please note the start of the season is always quite tough but can also be profitable. Villa v City goals bet i would be very strong on. And i would not put anybody off this game going over 3.5 goals as in the final games of last season Villa had 6 out of 7 games that went over 3.5 goals while City had 4 of their 7 go over 3.5 goals.
The Chelsea bet is playing to Chelsea main strength of winning at half time. If they are to win this game they will more than likley need to winning at HT
Liverpool are very good at not letting the other side score when they are there travels and in their last 10 away games they have stopped the home scoring 4 times although it rises to a wuite impressive 50% if you the last 18 games. Couple this have failed to score in 11 of their last 20 games. I suppose if you were brave you could back an correct score option prob just 1 or 2 nil.
I was very close for going for Hull v Fulham today, Fulham have won only 2 away games v promoted sides in their last 20 games. Added to that Fulham have a terrible opening day record when away losing 3 and drawn 1. Although saying all that i am a major fan of this Fulham manager and i would consider him a much surperior manager than the 2 that gone before him.
Bolton v Stoke i have gone for a HT draw both sides are good at keeping a clean sheet. When you think into account that in the last 2 seasons 50% of games in Bolton have been level at the break but that increses dramtically when you take into account Bolton v teams that have finished near the bottom which Stoke will almost certainly do(13/19).
West ham v Wigan only 1 half time lead from their last 20 matches and that was against Derby last year. West ham have gone in 7 of their 9 home games when at home while Wigan have had 11 out of their last 19. It would not be a surprise at all to see a Draw-Draw HT/Ft result here.
Man U are very strong at home and in the last 2 seasons they have nearly a 73% Newcastle have been terrible in the first half and over 60% of their games when playing the big 4 away they have been losing at HT and FT i would think this could be a very strong bet.
The goals bet i would suggest is a very strong bet given that Newcastle have seen over 2.5 goals in 13 of their last 19 away games while Man U have seen that in 4 of their last 5 and in 10 of their last 19. I would not put anybody off any type of bet on Man U as this looks like a nailed on victory be the betting them at HT or the Man U -1.5 goals on the Asian Handicap.
Other bets for today he is difficult to concentrate on more than one league but Chester City look terrible midweek losing 5 goals while v Leeds at home and shipping 6 away from home Dag&Red Bridge. Wycome looked a decent team last season getting to the playoff semi finals and i would think they will be looking at picking up 3 points from a fixture such as this.
In the same division Port Vale will host Accrington Stanley with Vale expected to run out victors.
Strongest bet from Germany would be the Over 2.5 goals as well as the selling of the draw in the Gladbach v Stutgart game and i would not put anybody off backing the over 3.5 goals. Schlake have won 13 of their last 14 games when leading at the break. Cottbus won 7 of their last 10 home games and will look to start strongly again promoted TSG Hoffenhiem although these type game often produce a first stalemate the second half is often where Cottbus came into their own.
In France over 2.5 goals with both sides having strong over 2.5 goal records. With Lorient 14 of their last 16 at home has seen under 2.5 goals and 10 of these seeing one goal or fewer Lyon have seen under 2.5 goals against middle to lower table teams 72% with less than 2/5 goals. i would also suggest the HT draw in this game and it would be one if not my strongest bet of the weekend.
Toulouse have seen 88% of their games last with under 2.5 goals and 7 of the last 14 saw under 1.5 goals.
While i very much like Lille v Le mans for the over 2.5 goals, Le mans having 65% over 2.5 goals. While Lille saw 7 of their last 11 at home games have 3 goals or more.
Nantes v Monaco have a terrible record of drawing games, away Monaco have drawn 3 from their last 20 games while Nantes are same 3/20 and 1 from te last 10. I hope these bets may help you in making your mind up and hopefully beating the bookie.
