--Who originates lines? I'm mostly interested in south american soccer, but in general which book posts lines first or are there several?
--Why does pinnacle have such high limits on spreads/handicaps and lower on 3-ways? Isn't most betting 3 way? I look at Brazil Serie A and they have $5,000 limits on the spread, and $1,000 on 3 way and the money lines are circled till right before game time. Then look at betfair and they have $250,000 matched on the 3way and 87 cents matched on the handicap. Doesn't make sense?
