Adelaide have appointed a former Barca youth coach and he has brought in a couple of Spaniards from Spanish lower tier who could prove to be very shrewd signings. However, their is no guarantee that the inevitable "tica-taca" playing style that the new Coach will look to use will work.

Initially Fortuna received a lot of betting action because the Jong Ajax Coach was saying that he wanted the game moved to Wednesday because he wouldnt have any players available due to a lot of the young players being called up for International duty. But now 1st team Coach Frank De Boer has said that 1st team players Schone, Hoesen, Veltman, Serero, and Sana will be in the team for the game. Also, Fortuna haven't won a game away from home yet, and have only scored 1 goal in last 5 games (losing 3, drawing 2) so are not in the best of form.
