For the soccer lovers here are my pics for this weekend.
Wales
Germany -1 and -1.5
Wales' defence hasn't been stellar, and Germany has conceded only 1 goal in the qualifiers. This could be a one sided affair.
Italy
France pk and +0.5
Italy goes in as the favourite here, which is perfect. Italy has struggled recently in international play (the last friendly against Hungary was dreadful) They have a difficulty finding the back of the net, so don't expect them to score against a good French team. France has scored 11 goals and conceded only 1, which is impressive. Italy didn't pose much of a threat to France the last go round, losing 3-1. I expect at least a draw from this game, which will give you a win.
Latvia
N. Ireland pk and -0.5
Latvia have been dreadful in the competition so far, and i don't see it turning around here. Northern Ireland doesn't get much respect, but they are a decent team. They beat a good Spain team after a poor start to the qualifiers, losing to Iceland. Aaron Hughes is returning to the squad which should give this team a boost. On the other side of the coin, Latvia has had difficulty scoring, and all their goals were scored against Iceland. Since that game, the offense has dried up. The first meeting of these squads saw a 1-0 win for the Northern Irish. I expect 1-0 or 2-0 in this game.
That's it for now, hope this helps.
