The rule I found seems to imply all bets refunded if game is abandoned with no details on first half bets

im pretty sure bets stand as long as they have been determined, like the first half. (but not match winner for example)

If a match is abandoned before the end of the second half, all bets are void, unless the market has been determined (e.g. Team to win the first half when the match is abandoned during the 2nd half). This is true even if the governing body declares an official result (ie: FIFA award a 2-0 victory to one of the teams)Comment
