The form book favours Madagascar here as DR Congo lost 2 of their 3 matches in the group stage whereas Madagascar won 2 out of 3 (including beating Nigeria) and drew the other one.

What odds can you find for a DR Congo win?

Last time I checked it was hovering around +110, which I think is good value

Personally I'm not convinced there's huge value there, but to be honest I find the Cup of Nations to be notoriously difficult to predict (never saw Egypt's elimination coming, for example) so I don't want to give you any bad advice here.
