Let's just say........ yesterday left me low in funds. Brilliant week eliminated.
I usually do most on Soccer Saturdays where all the English games are going on at the same time, then on Sundays with Italy and Germany and Spain.
It was "one of those days" - I'm guessing weeks like these only very rarely happen, where the weaker away teams somehow upset all the favored home teams. And this happened in Italy, Spain, Germany as well.
Bounce back Monday commences!!! My philosophy is - if you bet 2 and split, it's ok. Maybe lost a little juice but no harm done. If you win both you've start your comeback, and if you lose the two you are screwed. Kind of like getting out of 1st and 1 at your own 1.

Brondby pk over FC Copenhagen. Brondy is having their best streak in years, going 7-1 at home and in first place. Copenhagen is a solid team and this will be a cracking derby but I have to take the home team who hasn't lost in legaue play since August. Copenhagen has lost twice all year like Brondby but they have lost away to Brondby and Aalborg, so it can be done.
Oldham pk over Leeds United. Leeds has had a resurgence but don't let that fool you. They've won all their home games and lost all their away games. Oldham has lost twice at home, to teams they had no business losing to, especially Bristol last week. But these are the best type of losses - they just drill the team with "we must not underestimate any opponents" - not that they wouldn't have that mindset against Leeds anyway.. but they will not slip up twice. Leeds has also not scored away for three games.
