Soccer Parlays, a penalty kick win is not a moneyline win?

This is a newb question but I was just messing around in the sbr sportsbook testing my luck on some U-20 soccer. I made a parlay bet on all the moneylines just for the heck of it and had a question.. Note I've never bet on soccer before.. that's why I'm testing it out..

    Nigeria -110 (Win 1-0)
Spain -415 (Win 0-0, penalty kicks)
    Brazil -370 (Win 3-0)

Notice how Spain Won but through penalty kicks does that not count? Obviously it didn't because I lost the parlay because of it. But I mean MoneyLine wise they won the game right? Or is the money line JUST for goals in regulation time? The sportsbook rules doesn't show anything about soccer bets..
Can anyone answer this? Because in my mind Spain won the game period even though it was through penalty kicks.. aren't moneylines specifically for the win overall? And considering this was a must win game? It's like basketball if they tie in the 4th and go to overtime and win in overtime isn't that the same thing? A draw would be ok if there wasn't a must win situation right?

It's after 90 minutes that counts so the draw won.

If you would of bet Spain to advance that would of won.

OK, So in soccer "investing", a team would have to win straight up or tie within the 90 minutes no matter what, in order for your moneyline to win. Anything after is obsolete.

The money line will lose on a tie due to the fact the draw is offered. But yes, after 90 minutes the bet is graded. The extra time and penalty kicks do not matter.
