help..how do you use sbrforum posting with an ANDROID smart phone?

I have used Dolphin and the stock android browser with no problems, Opera is a pretty good browser but not the main testing platform, give Dolphin a try, it's arguably the best browser on Android.

Can you reply to threads? what if you click reply to thread instead of using the quick reply?

no yisman that is exaclty what does not work....the BOX is there..i try to touch it with my fingers to get it active and a curser to type..but nothing shows up... I can add like a [Bold][Bold] i can add an empty table but cant put anything in it... in the box..none of the emicotions can be added..no letters or numbers...

I would try clearing cookies on the droid.

I've seen something similar on the iPhone (can't type in the box at the bottom) but by waiting it clears up.

i used to be able to do it that way Rod_M something has changed..ive powered down, Ive cleared cash of browser i think...will look into that again.....something is different..cant get those Quick Reply or Reply to Thread boxes to allow a curser for digits and letters..i touch it and nothing..i can activate all the little boxes above like BOLD or centering that stuff I can touch and it activates...

I am having problems to get the "reply to thread" button to work on Opera, it does work fine on stock though, would you tell me exactly what version of Android you are using and which browser exactly, Opera mini or opera and which version?

Have you tried on both the Mobile version and Regular version of SBRforum?

I'm using a 2 year old EVO 4G, and have no problem posting from the regular site.

I might have something for you to try.

Check the settings in your default Android browser. Make sure "Mobile view" is checked. I just unchecked it on my phone, and can't get in the reply box.

I forgot to suggest the versions. yeah, try switching back and forth mobile and regular.

Even on the regular site, if you have "Mobile view" unchecked in the browser settings, you can't get in the reply box.

I remember I ran into this one time in the past.

Hey Rod.

That quote of mine fixed trytrytry's problem.

Not sure if it is fixable in the forum software from your end, but just a heads up on what it was. Maybe something to look into.
