Users can submit their leans without putting their winning average at risk. Even if your leans are 30%, so what, they're just leans, so they don't really count, right? So if they don't count, why bother? Think of leans as free picks. If you visit Dr. Bob's website, you'll see that most of the NFL games are free picks. They are leans in the sense that they have a lower EV than the higher EV picks that you have to pay for. But Dr. Bob still posts them on his website.
