Could we get a box or something added to the forum that allows us to see which mods are currently present? This would be a great feature if someone needs immediate assistance.

I doubt it'll ever happen, it'd just be fuel on the fire of the complaints that the Mods fail to enforce a consistent code of conduct and allow people to tailor their behavior to avoid the infraction threshold of the Mod(s) on duty.
Now I'm not saying that I don't agree with the idea, I think it's fantastic. It would literally force the Staff to make an effort to eliminate the individual judgment calls that make them appear capricious and work closer together to codify the boundaries for us all. I think they place a higher value on their anonymity is all, and that's a shame.
