Possibility of ignoring threads

this would be great. Ignore doesn´t help much as it is now.

Good idea Casi. I think it is annoying for posters to constantly see posts such as [this person is on your ignore list] every time they make a reply, plus their comments are revealed anytime someone quotes them.

It would seem to be ideal to have posts and threads started by posters you might detest completely off the radar.
