Very good point Shute, and I can really relate to this as a poker player. So many times I will be tempted to play a bunch of hands - calling raises preflop with suited connectors, etc. that are -ev in the long run.The bottom line is it's about the grind in the long run. Even if I net $50 in one day which feels like a failure what's that in a year? Based on 340 sessions that's $17k.
