    blockchain question
When I get paid from sportsbooks I get a new address under receive money. So I would have different wallet addresses and would give me a total amount at the top.

They have changed the look of their wallets on me. Before lets say my balance was 10K and I wanted to transfer 8K to my circle to get to my bank account I would just send it. It would take money from the different addresses together and send all at once.

Today I went to go transfer to circle and it was just not taking a lump sum from all the wallets. I had to transfer from different addresses into one to get to circle.

So this cost me fees in transferring. How can I see a large sum without doing the transfers and paying the fees now?

That sounds clunky. Are you certain you didn't miss something?

I am positive. I got a payment from a book today. Got my circle address and went to transfer and only showed my main wallet balance. So I had to transfer from wallet B (wallet where I got payment today) to wallet A in order to transfer to circle.

        I understand now.

You have imported your old wallets into the new interface. They are not fully compatible. Once the old wallets are empty you wont need to do this anymore (I think)

Haven't been in this situation myself, but it sounds reasonable.

              It's up for me.

Apparently some sort of DNS propagation issue affecting certain regions. Should be back when your ISP updates

Anyone else having trouble accessing Blockchain? I've been unable for a while.

And the app says "Error Unable to load wallet due to no server response. Blockchain is experiencing difficulties. Please try again later"

For me continually kicks back to "check email for verification"

When email link is clicked the cycle loops.

Created a new wallet, but symptoms persisted.

Any other secure online wallets besides blockchain?

Has this ever happened before with blockchain or is this the first time? This is very unsettling as a new BTC user. I was just preparing to move some BTC around this week, take a payout and fund at a couple other books to get ready for football season. Hope this is just some isolated one time glitch with blockchain cause I was planning on using them as my intermediate.

Blockchain has a new version of it's wallet now so those who opened a blockchain wallet before now have the option to get the newer version. As for the wallet address changing it is because blockchain's default address changes from time to time to prevent fraud. If you had an old address on there and it doesnt appear anymore the address still works, it just wont show up as your default address anymore. Also if you have added cold wallets to your blockchain they will still remain and be linked as normally. So basically your default address that blockchain gave you when creating your account will still remain even tho they will change it from time to time. You can still use it as normal even tho you can't see it as before. I would recommend linking a cold wallet to your blockchain so that you won't be confused as to where to send or receive funds to as your cold wallet address will remain the same no matter what.

I am not aware of a major outage before this one.

You were right. The new blockchain gives you a new address everytime you want to accept money, just like circle. And then it goes right into your new wallet balance.
