format is: Spread, the average win total that PM determines, then the percentage chance of covering.

So, CAR Lock of the Week PIT -3 6.7 59.8 means that Carolina beats Pittsburgh by an average of 6.7 points in their simulations. CAR covers the spread 59.8% of the time.

I got this from their website:

ATS playable picks: Week 1: 6-7, Week 2: 8-6, Lock 1-1
O/U playable picks: Week 1: 4-6, Week 2: 2-5

Not sure what percentage they deem to be playable. I know last week there were no normal plays (over 57%).
