Where do you come up with this? I am staring at his twitter feed as i type this he never once said contact customer support today. He posted a picture of a small margin move from this morning he only gives out his big bets.

I was referring to his not getting a single play in over a week via text. Tiger mentioned it a few days ago when someone asked him about still not getting picks....it was a customer service issue with the guy not being added to the text service list....I did not say it was involving this play.
