i am not ready to talk about last night yet

i will say that it did not turn out as I was hoping, and that it was overall a very difficult experience for me

i am also still trying to piece everything together to be sure about what exactly happened, and I am trying to contact people who were there and may be able to give me further information

but i am sorry i am not ready to talk about it right now and that is all i can say for now

still not ready to discuss what happened, and basically just focusing on work and turning to a few very very supportive long-term friends

also have been given the name of an English-speaking therapist who specializes in emergency therapy for very recent extreme traumatic experiences

life has its ups and downs and sometimes you catch a good brake sometimes you catch a bad brake, i learned this talking to friends yesterday
