I know its probably not 'scary' but I found Alpha Dog pretty disurbing just because it was true. The kid in the film didn't even realise what he'd got himself into and it was sad to think society had gotten like that.

ya im the same to be honest. I've gotten scared in some movies but most movies now a days are suspense scares or quick cuts to faces or soemthign so you jump. its not scary, it just makes you jump/builds suspense.

I was watching paranormal activity 2 the other day, i swear i could make fun of this movie all day. ridiculous.

Try watching that with just you and your old lady...out in the middle of nowhere.

I've turned the movie off a couple times while at home.

The only somewhat movies that can be bonechilling are the ones that can be realistic.

The collector kinda freaked me out, not because it was that scary, but just becuase of the torturing that occurred.

was really looking forward to watching this when I saw the preview and then was really disappointed when I saw it. Really wasn't even that scary and the storyline sucked. The only thing that was scary were the masks they were wearing.

I agree. Not many scary movies out there. I have seen every gory film out there, and if I had to pick the one that gave me nightmares after seeing it, it was Salo. That movie is not a horror film as it is an atrocity film.
