What's the longest time you have waited in a Fast Food Drive Thru?
I just went to KFC/Taco Bell a while ago. (I'm not black)
When I arrived to KFC, it was 7:45pm, by the time I got my food, it was 8:10pm.
Lets start here first.
When I got there, after 5 minutes, the car that was at the menu screen just got done. Good, but there were 3 cars in front of me so I was 4th in line.
Next car took 3 min. Car in front of me, left the line.
So one car in front of me and took 4 min, then my turn.
I ordered the new Triple Steak burrito(because it was also shared a Taco Bell menu), then the guy taking my order doesn't say shit for a whole minute and then comes back with, "I'm sorry, what would you like?". I was offended and frustrated now.
So I repeated the burrito again and then also said that I wanted the KFC 6 piece chicken strips, then puts me on hold and comes back to say that the strips are not put in the fryer yet and would take 10min if I wanted to wait. So I said, "fukk no, I don't want that shit then". The guy giggles. I was pissed so I just took the dam burrito. When I get to the window, the little piece of shit takes my money then doesn't come back with my burrito 5 min later.
When he gives it to me he says, "ok sir, here it is. Nice and fresh! Have a good day".
I say, "I wish I could tell you the same thing" and take off.
Unreal!
About 25min, should I have called corporate about this? That place looks like it was run by a trolls.
