The cities in the North have much better school systems and people have higher standards of living as compared to the people in the southern states who have shit incomes and live in trailer parks. LOL and about the crime statistics most of the states with the highest percentage (Florida, Texas, Arizona) all in the South. Also look at all the unemployment statistics, most of the states with the highest percentage of unemployed are from the south. You want to fix this countries problems a good start would be to kick all those southern states out of the union and watch how fast they turn into the next Haiti.

Yeah, but the difference is mostly due to genetic reasons. If you're saying you don't care and want to let the disadvantaged fend for themselves anyway, there are better, more diplomatic ways that make the world a better place than that.
