Grilled, Original Recipe, Or Extra Crispy?

Here in Mexico KFC is going downhill. I have seen many branches closed in the last few years. "Cruji pollo" (extra crispy) sells better here.

Popeyes was introduced some years ago, but only lasted 3 years. At the start they were very good, but later switched to smaller pieces and flavor was too salty; I loved the complements, especially the Jambalaya.

In the other hand, Chuchchs has been steadily growing, they are renovating many branches. The spicy recipe was introduced a few years ago, but was often out of stock, now is widely available.
